Does it really work without internet? +
Yes. Pipefitter Academy Pro is a Progressive Web App. When you install it (or first open it online), everything caches to your device. After that, all calculators, Academy lessons and reference tables work with zero connection. Only the AI ISO Assistant needs a connection (it calls the Claude API server-side).
Which engineering standards does the Academy cover? +
Every quiz cites a real standard paragraph. The curriculum covers ASME B31.3, B16.5, B16.9, B16.11, B16.20, B36.10/B36.19, Section IX; EN 13480, EN ISO 9606-1 / 15614-1, EN 10204; API 600, API 6D, API RP 578; AWS D1.1; ISO 14732; PED 2014/68/EU; ASTM A53/A106/A312/A333; 304L/316L, Duplex, Inconel, Hastelloy.
Which languages are supported? +
Eight: English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian and Polish. The full interface, all calculator labels and all Academy content are available in each. Language is auto-detected from your device and changeable in Settings anytime.
Do you offer team or enterprise access? +

What happens when I cancel? +
Your account stays open, and your saved calculations and Academy progress remain. The free tier stays available forever: Rolling Offset (basic), Compound Angles (basic), CutList (basic) and Academy Module 1. Cancelling only removes access to the 38+ Pro calculators and Modules 2–12. No data is deleted.
Is this a native app or a web app? +
It's a Progressive Web App (PWA). You install it from the browser — no app store download. It installs to your home screen, feels native, and works fully offline. One codebase across Android, iPhone, iPad and desktop. Android 9+ and iOS 14+ supported.
